What is Gashapon?

Gashapon (ガシャポン), also called gachapon (ガチャポン), is a trademark of Bandai. Among the variety of vending machine-dispensed capsule toy that originated in the 1960s, it became popular in Japan and elsewhere. "Gashapon" is onomatopoeic from the two sounds "gasha" (or "gacha") for the hand-cranking action of a toy-vending machine, and "pon" for the toy capsule landing in the collection tray. "Gashapon" is used for both the machines themselves and the toys obtained from them


Where are our products from?

We are a new found company that base in Tokyo Japan with staffs in LA, all the products we sell are from Japan and ship directly to the US! We are just anime and Japanese culture enthusiasts like you! We decided to turn this into a business so in 2023 we moved to Tokyo to start this company.


When will you receive your order once it has been placed?

We ship all our products to the US or other countries from Japan, the shipping time and cost will depends on which shipping method you are choosing ( You will see at the check out page ), currently we have Surface Mail (To US) 2 - 3 months With Tracking, International Parcel Post ( To US ) With Tracking - 2 Weeks and Express Mailing Service ( To US ) 11-12 Days with Tracking, for international customers, you can check out the shipping cost and time and the check out page.


Where can I see all the available Gashapon collections for bulk orders?

Contact us at latokyoboyband@gmail.com to get our latest Gashapons Catalog for stores and businesses! We update our catalog every 3 months, if you have anything that you would like to order but don’t see it on our catalog, please reach out to us, we might be have them in stock!


When ordering Gashapons Mystery box or Gashapon in bulk, do I get to choose which one I get from the collection?

For the Mystery box you will get 6 random Gashapons from 6 different Gashapon series that will be changing out every month so you won’t be able to choose which one you get, it is all random, since originally the idea of Gashapon is you get a random capsule toys from the machine.
For bulk orders, we can’t guarantee the exact number of toys you are getting from each collection, that means for example if you are ordering 100 Gashapons from BOGC - 038, it has 5 different toys from the collection, you are going to get 100 of them but you may not get an even quantity from each model, and you don’t get to choose which toy or the amount of toy you are getting from the collection, since the idea of Gashapon is you get a random capsule toys from the machine, even when we order them from vendor, they all come randomly. Any Gashapon orders come randomly, we can’t guarantee which one you will receive.


I received wrong items how can I issue a return?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We only offer return and refund to those who received wrong items or products are damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, proof of purchase, pictures of wrong or damaged items and approval from us, which means we will examine each case, we recommend you to take pictures and make sure you keep the receipt as soon as you find out you received wrong items or you items are damaged.
